This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AIOS for Real Estate ("AIOS," "we," "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. 1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call, you provide your name, email, phone number, and scheduling details (collected through Calendly). If you opt in for the Playbook or other content, you provide your email. If you contact us, we keep what you send.
• The lead-response scorecard. The scorecard runs in your web browser. Your answers are processed on your device to show your score and are not stored on our systems unless you choose to book a call.
• Facebook interactions. If you comment on, message, or otherwise engage with our Facebook page or ads, we receive your public profile name, your Facebook user ID, and the content of your comment or message. We may reply to you and record the interaction as an inquiry.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and reply to comments or messages.
• To schedule, prepare for, and conduct the call you booked.
• To provide, operate, and improve our services and content.
• To send you information you asked for (such as the Playbook). You can opt out anytime.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we share with

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf so we can run the service. Each has its own privacy terms:

• Calendly — scheduling and booking details.
• Meta / Facebook — our page, ads, and messaging.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, ElevenLabs) — to help draft replies and power the voice agent.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How we store and protect it

We keep lead and contact information on a private, access-controlled system and limit who can reach it. We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, provide the service, or meet legal obligations, and then delete it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing messages. To make a request, email 1000larrylobster@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

6. Cookies

Our website is static and sets minimal or no cookies of its own. Tools we embed or link to (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies, governed by their policies.

7. Children

Our services are for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it last changed.
