These Terms govern your use of the AIOS for Real Estate website and services ("the Service"). By using the site, booking a call, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Jon Finister, a sole proprietor doing business as AIOS for Real Estate, based in Texas, USA.

AIOS for Real Estate provides educational content, a free lead-response scorecard, and AI-powered lead-response and front-office services for real estate professionals. The scorecard and content are provided for general information only.

2. No guaranteed results; not professional advice

We share what has worked for us and our clients, but we do not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or brokerage advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the laws and real estate regulations that apply to you.

3. Booking a call

Booking a discovery call does not create a service contract or any obligation to buy. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't scrape, copy, or resell the site or its content without our permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
